Like-minded family members came together to form Sri Chakra Educational Trust with a single-minded intention to ensure quality and holistic development for students from rural backgrounds. The trust believes that the locational background of the Students should not decide the quality of education they get and works to give the best educational environment to the students. The team continues to reach out to every village around Sankarapuram to provide exposure to quality education.

Mr Dhamodaran holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry and has worked in several Chemical Industries in different states of India for over 3 decades. He brings his industrial experience and varied cultural exposure to guide the management and students.

Mr Saravanan, the financial trustee is a Mechanical Engineer with a Post Graduate Diploma in marketing management continues to work in a large TATA Ground company in the Information technology area. He has lived in the USA for over 4 years and brings his technology and exposure for the betterment of Chakra’s trust and students.

Mr Parthasarathy
Mr Parthasarathy is a well known social reformer and activist in the Sankarapuram taluk. He served as a panchayat president for 2 terms which enabled him to gain the confidence of the rural people of Sankarapuram taluk. This bond he developed for the people was the main reason for the family to come together to establish this trust.

Mrs Jayanthi & Mrs Vijayalakshmi are the backbone of the trust, who guide and give inputs to the trust members on social issues faced by students in a rural area and how to ensure the various facilities provided by the Trust and School reach all the students of Chakra. They initiated the scholarship provision to deserving students of Chakra Vidyalaya.
